TimBrik is a CRM designed specifically for residential home builders. We’re software developers who experienced the home building process firsthand and realized the available tools weren’t solving the right problems.
The Company
Founded in 2025, TimBrik emerged from a straightforward problem: existing CRMs weren’t built for the unique workflows of home construction.
Our focus is singular. We build tools for residential builders managing spec homes, custom builds, and everything in between. We don’t serve general contractors, remodelers, or commercial construction. This specialization allows us to build features that actually matter for our specific market.
Leadership Team
Bogdan Sandu, Founder & CEO
Bogdan has been developing websites and web applications since 2008, working with clients across multiple industries.
After renovating several residential properties and overseeing the construction of his own home, he experienced firsthand how poorly existing software served the home building process.
The gap between what builders needed and what software provided became obvious. TimBrik started as his solution to that problem. He now leads product development and company direction.
Our Approach
We believe effective construction software should reduce complexity, not add to it. TimBrik handles lot inventory, lead tracking, buyer communication, and build timelines because those are the specific needs of home builders.
The platform is currently in beta. We’re working directly with builders to refine features and functionality before our public launch. This collaborative development process helps us build tools that solve real problems rather than theoretical ones.
Why We Built This
We started building TimBrik in 2025 as an internal tool for our own projects. When other builders saw what we’d created, they wanted access. That response convinced us there was a genuine need in the market.
